Enrolment Process

All below steps must be completed in order to process enrolment:

Step 1. Check your zone on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria.

Step 2. Download and complete Enrolment Forms

Step 3. Complete the Enrolment Permission Form 

Step 4. Provide the below supporting documents:

• Proof of Address e.g. lease agreement, council rates notice, exchanged contract of sale, driver's license, utility bill (up to 3 months old) ​​​​​​​​​​​
• Birth Certificate or Passport (original copy to be sighted at the school office)
• Evidence of Australian Citizenship 
• Current Medicare Immunisation Certificate
• Current visa documentation if born overseas
• Medical Plan e.g. Asthma, Allergy or Anaphylactic plan (if applicable)
• Specialist report (if applicable)
