Future Foundation Enrolments - Online

This year our school is using an online system for new enrolments to Victorian government schools called VicStudents.

VicStudents is available for students who are enrolling in a Victorian Government School for the first time. This includes Foundation (Prep) enrolments for 2025.

VicStudents has been assessed by the Department of Education to a high degree of security in line with the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards and is compliant with ISO 27001, the leading international standard for information security.

To commence online enrolment:

• Visit  https://students.educationapps.vic.gov.au/s/ to create an account and complete the online application form by Friday, 26 July 2024. Please ensure that all documents required are attached to the application.

• Proof of Address e.g. lease agreement, council rates notice, exchanged contract of sale, driver's license, utility bill (up to 3 months old) ​​​​​​​​​​​

Documents should show the same address and parent’s/carer’s name as recorded on the school enrolment application form. It is important that we verify your child’s permanent residential address as this helps ensure that we are allocating places at our school fairly and in line with the Placement Policy.

• Birth Certificate (original copy to be sighted at the school office)
• Evidence of Australian Citizenship 
• Current Medicare Immunisation Certificate
• Medical Plan e.g. Asthma, Allergy or Anaphylactic plan (if applicable)
• Specialist report (if applicable) 
• Completed Permission form.  Please click here to complete the Enrolment Permission form.

• We will then review the information submitted and be in contact with you by Friday 9 August 2024.
• You should accept one enrolment offer by Friday 23 August 2024. When accepting an offer, you will be required to provide additional personal and health information that will be shared with the school.
