At Wilandra Rise school-wide positive behaviour support (SWPBS) is a framework that brings together school communities to develop positive, safe, supportive learning cultures.   SWPBS assists our school to improve social, emotional, behavioural and academic outcomes for our learners.    As part of the SWPBS program, a rewards system is in the making to encourage students to always Be Respectful, Be Responsible and Be Safe.

Each week, our School-wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) Captains present a focus expectation for the Wilandra Rise Student community to continue to improve.  These are selected by both students and teachers based on point-of-need. One of our foci for Term two has been “playing inside the boundaries” and celebrating all of the fabulous places that we CAN play in our school.
